Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to support our business development efforts. Job Overview: The IT Business Development Executive drives growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities within the IT sector. You’ll build relationships with prospects, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure solutions meet client needs. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Lead Generation Analyze IT market trends and identify potential clients through cold outreach, inbound inquiries, networking, and events. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term relationships, articulate technical business value, and understand customer needs deeply . Solution Presentation & Proposal Development Prepare and deliver customized product/service demos and sales proposals; negotiate and close contracts. Collaborate with Technical Teams Work with developers, product managers, and support teams to define client-specific solutions and ensure smooth delivery. Track & Report Performance Maintain CRM systems, monitor KPIs (lead volume, conversion, revenue), produce reports, and forecast sales outcomes. Networking & Industry Presence Attend technology conferences, industry events, and corporate gatherings to generate leads and build brand awareness. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field. 2–3years of proven experience in business development or sales within the IT domain (freshers with relevant internships may also qualify) Solid understanding of IT products, solutions, and technical concepts. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills across stakeholder levels. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office/use of analytical tools . Self-driven, target-oriented, with excellent time and task management abilities . Bonus : MBA or certifications in sales/business development, plus willingness to travel as needed.
