Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients through outbound communication and online research. This role is crucial in building a strong pipeline for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify potential leads through LinkedIn, email databases, online directories, etc.

Initiate contact with prospects via cold emails, messages, and calls

Qualify leads and set appointments or demos for the sales team

Maintain accurate records of leads and communication in CRM tools

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies

Meet weekly/monthly lead generation targets

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management

Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
