Job Overview: We are seeking a Technical Support Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing queries and technical issues faced by our clients. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of technical concepts. The Technical Support Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective resolution of technical challenges. Responsibilities: · Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries related to technical issues related to Ortez PMS software and provide effective solutions. · Diagnose and find PMS related client issue through appropriate steps for issue resolution. · Offer technical guidance and support to clients, both remotely and on-site . · Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. · Provide training and guidance to clients on using software. Qualifications: · Diploma in CS, Hardware and networking, Electronics · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
