Operations Manager

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can take on a dual role as Operations Manager cum Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise in ERP software development/implementation along with hands-on technical leadership in .NET development. This role requires balancing client-facing responsibilities, team coordination, and technical guidance to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Operations Manager

· Plan, coordinate, and oversee ERP software development/implementation projects from design to delivery. Managing and coordinating software support.

· Manage and mentor IT operations staff, including designers, developers, testers, system administrators, support team, and project coordinators.

· Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to meet project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards. Allocate resources effectively across projects and operational needs.

· Prepare and present project status reports, budgets, and schedules to management.

· Establish and execute effective communication plans across internal teams and clients. Ensure customer acceptance of deliverables and manage satisfaction during transition

· Manage change requests and assess their impact on project scope, timelines, and costs. Identify potential risks in IT operations and implement mitigation strategies.

· Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned.

· Guide the team in sprint goal definition, planning, estimation, and execution.

· Ensure the Agile principles and Scrum practices are followed to deliver value consistently.

· Track and report sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, and capacity planning).

Technical Skills

· Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers and ReactJS, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

· Architect, design, and review technical solutions for ERP modules and customizations.

· Participate in coding, debugging, and performance tuning of applications when required.

· Collaborate with QA, DB, and UI/UX teams for end-to-end project execution.

· Drive code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing for high-quality deliverables.

· Provide technical guidance on .NET, ReactJs C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, Web APIs, SQL Server, POSTGRESQL, AWS and related technologies.

· Support in the development of user manuals, training materials, and knowledge transfer to clients.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field, MBA in project management will be an added advantage.

· Proven experience (4 - 5 years) in IT operations management or a similar role.

· Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile certification preferred.

· Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or other IT service management frameworks (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Confluence).

· Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

· Proven experience managing sprints, releases, and backlog prioritization.

· Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

· Strong, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), LeSS, or Nexus.

· Technical background to better collaborate with development teams.

· Knowledge of .net core and Reactjs.

· Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, networking, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
