Job Description

*Job Title: Outlet Operations Manager*

*Key Responsibilities:*
Key Responsibilities of Tour & Travel Operations

Plan, organize, and execute domestic and international tour packages
Handle end-to-end travel operations including bookings, confirmations, and documentation
Coordinate transport, and sightseeing arrangements
Liaise with transporters, and vendors for rates and availability
Prepare and manage itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents
Ensure timely ticketing, reservations, and cancellations
Handle customer queries, changes, and travel-related issues
Monitor tour schedules to ensure smooth execution of trips
Ensure compliance with visa, insurance, and travel regulations
Manage costing, quotations, and invoicing
Resolve on-ground operational issues during tours
Maintain accurate booking records and MIS reports
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Support sales team with customized travel solutions
Manage post-tour feedback and service improvement

Manage Entry and exit

Managed end-to-end tour operations and travel bookings
Prepared itineraries and travel documentation
Handled customer queries and on-trip support

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
