Job Description

CM Associates Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic, organized, and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment along with training & development support and HR operations across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hiring & Recruitment

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments across multiple locations.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and candidates.
  • Ensure regular follow-ups for open positions and timely closures.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring status reports.

2. Training & Development (New Joiners)

  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct induction and classroom training programs for new joiners, especially resale staff.
  • Ensure daily follow-up with new joinees until QSP completion by BE/SM.
  • Track training progress, learning outcomes, and readiness of new hires.
  • Maintain individual training and development trackers and share progress reports with stakeholders.

3. Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Track and maintain monthly productivity and performance data of new joiners.
  • Prepare and update PMS trackers and performance reports.

4. Payroll & Attendance Support

  • Consolidate and manage attendance data for:

o Head Office (HO) and other branches (if required)

o Contractors (Across Punjab)

  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

5. HR Operations & Field Support

  • Attend HR field visits for joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding support.
  • Assist in checking employee files and records on a timely basis.
  • Support day-to-day HR operational activities and other HR-related work as assigned.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment, training coordination.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across recruitment, training, and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Willingness to travel for HR visits, whenever required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
