Role Overview: We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our managing director. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the company’s leadership (Director/CEO/VP). Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic and international). Handle correspondence, prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials. Coordinate internal and external meetings and events. Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation. Act as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders. Track project timelines, follow-ups, and deliverables. Compile data and prepare necessary reports as required. Handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity. Translate or facilitate communication in Hindi for Hindi-speaking clients or stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration is a plus. 3 to 7 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
