Job Summary:

We are seeking qualified Civil Engineers with required years of experience in the construction industry, warehousing, and heavy civil structures. The role involves planning, supervising, and executing construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on site experience, and the ability to coordinate with contractors and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects related to warehousing and heavy civil structures.

Prepare BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications as per project requirements.

Supervise site activities ensuring work is executed as per design, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for timely project completion.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site-related issues.

Prepare project progress reports and maintain necessary documentation.

Estimate material quantities, costs, and manpower requirements.

Ensure compliance with statutory and industry standards.

Skills & Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering.

2–7 years of proven experience in the construction industry (warehousing/heavy civil projects preferred).

Strong knowledge of structural design, drawings, and execution.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

Ability to manage teams, contractors, and multiple stakeholders.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.
