Interior Designer – Job Requirements (3 Years Experience)✔ Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or other interior projects. ✔ Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3D Max, V-Ray/Corona, and Photoshop. Ability to create detailed floor plans, working drawings, 3D renders, and walk through videos. Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting design, and furniture layouts. Understanding of Vastu (optional but preferred for India-based projects). ✔ Site Execution Skills: Ability to handle site supervision, coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers. Experience in BOQ preparation, costing, measurements, and material selection. Understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing basics related to interiors. ✔ Design & Creative Skills: Strong sense of aesthetics, color palettes, textures, and space planning. Ability to translate client requirements into functional and stylish design concepts. ✔ Communication & Management: Good communication skills for client meetings and presentations. Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ✔ Additional Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture. Portfolio showcasing completed projects. Willingness to travel for site visits.
