Position: Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor This position is 5.5 days working. The first and Third Saturdays are off, the rest of the Saturdays are normal working days. We see motion graphic design and videos as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We are looking for a highly creative motion graphic designer who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations. The motion graphic designer should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design and videos that connect. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project. Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor Responsibilities: Study design briefs and determine requirements by the Manager Conceptualize visuals and videos based on requirements, and work closely with management to understand and convert their ideas into graphics and videos. Develop illustrations, pictures, and other designs using available software Create innovative and creative graphic designs and characters. Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. Editing and syncing visuals with audio tracks or recording Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other marketing/creative team members. Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor Requirements: Graduation / Diploma in Graphic Designing Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Photoshop Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) Video shooting and editing skills (Good to have) Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve

Position: Career Advisor/ Inside Sales This position is 5.5 days working. First and Third Saturdays are off, rest of the Saturdays are normal working days Tele-sales job. No cold calls. Calls only to qualified leads. We are searching for proactive individuals who are passionate about assisting working professionals as they progress through various stages of their careers. Career Advisors will assist interested participants in choosing the right courses/programmes basis their strengths or opportunity areas and help them work towards career growth. Career Advisors will communicate regularly with participants, maintain records of their enrolment and intervene wherever required. Successful Career Advisors will have extensive knowledge about their subjects, institution, and a strong desire to assist in participants' development. Ideal candidates will be caring, organized, communicative, and accessible. Career Advisor Responsibilities: Delivering sales targets. Discussing career and educational goals with interested participants. Helping in the course selection process to ensure progress towards participants' goals. Displaying an interest in participants' development. Career Advisor Requirements: Bachelors degree. Masters degree will be preferred. Min two yearsexperience desirable. Freshers are also welcome Should be comfortable making calls to prospective participants. This role involves speaking to potential clients over call and in person. Candidate should be comfortable in talking and handling interested participants on phone. Experience in professional counseling, development, education, or related field will be preferred. Strong communication (fluency in spoken and written English is a must) and interpersonal skills specifically interacting with senior corporate executives Basic knowledge of computers, LMS A desire to help participants in their academic journey, from handling leads and enrollment.
