Warehouse & Supply Chain Executive

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and reconciliations
• Ensure proper labelling, packaging, and safe storage of products
• Monitor warehouse hygiene, safety compliance, and space utilization
• Manage warehouse documentation, GRNs, pick lists, and dispatch notes

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate records of product inflow and outflow in the ERP system
• Update stock levels daily and coordinate with relevant teams on reordering needs
• Analyze stock movement and minimize deadstock or excess inventory
• Track SKU-wise inventory and support demand forecasting

Logistics & Distribution:

• Coordinate with courier and transport partners for timely delivery of B2B and B2C shipments
• Track shipment status and resolve logistics issues, delays, or damages
• Manage return shipments and reverse logistics processes
• Ensure timely dispatch of ecommerce orders and marketplace requirements

Supply Chain Coordination:

• Collaborate with procurement, ecommerce, and production teams to align supply timelines
• Assist in production material planning and timely availability at warehouse
• Prepare reports on inventory, dispatches, and shipment costs
• Monitor platform SLAs (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for order fulfilment and returns

Key Requirements

Experience:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations and supply chain management
• Experience in

  beauty, personal care, consumer electronics

  , or D2C brands preferred
• Familiarity with ecommerce order fulfilment is a strong plus

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse management/ERP systems
• Strong understanding of inventory control, dispatch procedures, and logistics handling
• Basic knowledge of GST invoices, stock movement records, and courier tracking
• Excellent coordination and time management skills

• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach
• Reliable and organized, with a strong sense of accountability
• Ability to handle multi-location stock and fast-moving products
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment
