Role Description

Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance Operations

Record day-to-day transactions accurately in
Tally
or ERP system
Manage sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny regularly

Payables & Receivables

Track vendor invoices and follow up for approvals and payments
Monitor receivables and coordinate with sales and ecommerce teams for collections
Reconcile statements with vendors, marketplaces, and partners

Compliance & Reporting

Assist in
GST
,
TDS
, and other statutory filings
Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance
Prepare and maintain basic financial MIS and summaries for management

Cross-functional Coordination

Liaise with Supply Chain, Sales, and Ecommerce teams for invoicing and stock-related queries
Coordinate with external CA/consultants for monthly filings and compliance checks

Key Requirements

2–5 years
of accounting experience, preferably in a D2C, FMCG, or startup setup
Proficiency in
Tally
,
MS Excel
, and understanding of GST and TDS
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and coordination skills
