Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented NPD & Supply Chain Executive to support our product development and end-to-end supply chain operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will manage product lifecycle stages—from concept to launch—while ensuring smooth coordination between sourcing, production, logistics, and inventory functions.

Key Responsibilities

New Product Development (NPD)

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for new product launches

Conduct product benchmarking, research, and feasibility studies

Support in design finalization, packaging development, and regulatory compliance

Assist in prototype evaluation, testing, and vendor sampling

Maintain product documentation, timelines, and progress reports

Vendor Management & Sourcing

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers

Negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead times, and commercial terms

Ensure vendor compliance on quality, specs, and delivery timelines

Build strong vendor relationships to improve sourcing efficiency

Procurement & Inventory

Plan and execute procurement of raw materials, packaging, and components

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams for timely replenishments

Maintain procurement trackers, stock movement reports, and reorder plans

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

Liaise with logistics partners for inbound and outbound shipments (domestic & international)

Track shipments, manage documentation, and ensure timely delivery

Optimize logistics cost, lead times, and warehouse coordination

Quality & Compliance

Collaborate with QC teams to ensure quality standards during development and procurement

Ensure adherence to product certifications, testing protocols, and documentation

Key Requirements

Experience

3–5 years in NPD, procurement, supply chain, or sourcing roles

Prior experience in personal care appliances, beauty devices, or consumer products is a plus

Skills

Strong understanding of product development and supply chain workflows

Ability to manage vendor communications, negotiate effectively, and multitask

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, procurement software/tools

Good documentation, reporting, and coordination skills

Mindset

Process-driven, highly organized, and detail-focused

Agile and proactive in problem-solving

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
