About the Role

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions (Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, QA, DevOps, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, role expectations, and team fit.
  • Build effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, GitHub, internal databases, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout.
  • Drive offer discussions, compensation fitment, negotiation, and closure.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, pipeline reports, and hiring metrics.
  • Develop and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality technical talent.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation requirements.
  • Work closely with HR and leadership teams for workforce planning and recruitment strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–6 years

    of strong talent acquisition experience, preferably in

    technical hiring

    .
  • Experience recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Product Managers, Cloud/DevOps Engineers, etc.
  • Prior experience in

    healthcare, health-tech, biotech, or life sciences

    hiring is a plus.
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, assessment, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and hiring tools.
