Job Summary

Executive Assistant

vendor management and operational follow-ups


Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Execution Across All Fronts

  • Take ownership of projects and tasks from concept to completion.
  • Ensure followups are done relentlessly until closure.
  • Anticipate roadblocks and solve problems before they escalate.

2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong vendor relationships and ensure commitments are met.
  • Negotiate, coordinate, and manage timely delivery of products/services.
  • Conduct site/vendor visits to verify progress and quality.

3. OnGround & Operational Support

  • Be present where work happens offices, events, supplier locations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to push execution on agreed timelines.
  • Track deadlines, followups, and action points daily.

4. Event & Project Coordination

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, launches, and key meetings.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for flawless delivery.

5. Executive Assistance

  • Manage the Directors calendar, travel, and meeting preparations.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing notes.
  • Handle confidential matters with utmost discretion.

  • Presentation & Grooming:

    Impeccably well-presented with a corporate-ready appearance.
