Role Summary

Head of Human Resources (HR Head)

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s long-term business objectives and brand values.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the leadership team on all people-related matters.
• Champion organizational culture by promoting core values, diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels.

Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning

• Lead strategic talent acquisition efforts to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent across design, operations, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
• Establish and monitor staffing plans in line with business growth and project demands.

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Foster a high-performance environment through transparent communication, recognition programs, and constructive feedback mechanisms.

Performance Management & Development

• Design performance management frameworks that drive accountability, meritocracy, and professional development.
• Lead learning and development programs, leadership development initiatives, and succession planning.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, compliance with Indian labour laws, and HRIS systems.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with statutory regulations and best practices.

Compensation, Benefits & Rewards

• Develop competitive and equitable compensation structures, benefits programs, bonus policies, and total rewards strategies that support talent retention and motivation.

Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution

• Act as a key point of escalation for employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers and employees to resolve conflicts effectively and fairly.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

  MBA/HR Master’s preferred

• Minimum 10–15 years’ progressive HR experience

  , with at least

  5 years in a senior HR leadership role

  , ideally in a design, architecture, engineering, manufacturing, or creative services environment.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, HR compliance, and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated success in talent strategy, organizational design, change management, and performance culture transformation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Should have handled 250+ employee organization.
