By offering innovative, durable, and energy-efficient products, the company supports the creation of sustainable infrastructure and promotes responsible construction practices About the Role The HR Head will lead and manage the overall Human Resources function at Renaatus. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, implementing best HR practices, and driving initiatives that foster a high-performance, compliant, and employee-friendly culture. Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Partner with senior management to support business growth, workforce planning, and talent strategies. Drive organizational change management initiatives. Talent Acquisition & Management Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top talent. Implement succession planning and talent pipeline development. Manage performance appraisal systems and career development programs. Employee Relations & Engagement Build a positive work culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives. Address employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans. Policy & Compliance Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry standards. Oversee audits and HR documentation. Learning & Development Create and execute training programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities. Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Compensation & Benefits Design and manage competitive compensation structures and incentive programs. Ensure timely payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). Benchmark compensation practices with industry standards. HR Operations & Systems Oversee HRMS, data management, and HR analytics for informed decision-making. Monitor workforce metrics (attrition, absenteeism, productivity). Drive automation and digitization of HR processes. Statutory Compliance & HR Governance Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Factories Act, Shops & Establishments, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Pollution Control Board, Maternity Benefit, POSH Act, and other applicable labour laws. Maintain registers, submit statutory returns, and handle inspections/liaison with authorities. Update and implement HR policies and SOPs as per legal requirements. Conduct periodic reviews to identify gaps in compliance and recommend corrective actions. Support management in risk mitigation related to HR and statutory compliance. Qualifications Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 18–22 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role. Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices. Proven ability to lead HR transformation initiatives. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Strong analytical ability and data-driven mindset. Pay range and compensation package at par with Industry
