Job Description

As an HR Manager in this role, you will be responsible for partnering with leadership to design and execute HR strategies that align with the company's growth plans. Your key responsibilities will include translating business goals into talent strategies, building and scaling HR systems, tools, and policies, and leading end-to-end recruitment with a focus on speed and quality of hire, particularly in retail hiring. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for candidates during onboarding and offboarding activities, as well as in building a strong employer brand through internal initiatives and external platforms. Additionally, you will be tasked with institutionalizing a transparent and outcome-driven performance management framework, driving employee engagement and retention through data-led insights, and overseeing HR operations including compensation, HRMS, policies, compliance, and administration. Your role will also involve ensuring legal and statutory compliance across HR practices, handling employee relations and grievance management proactively, and creating and reviewing retail SOPs and policies. You will collaborate closely with the Finance Team to assist with internal and external audits. Qualifications required for this role include: - Excellent communication skills in English - Bachelor's degree or relevant experience - Good work ethics and a calm attitude - 3+ years of experience in Human Resources in an e-commerce setting (ideal) - Strong recruiting skills and a demonstrated ability to enhance talent acquisition strategies - Expertise in training managers and employees - Organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills - Interpersonal and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail, good judgment, and ability to prioritize issues for problem resolution - Proficiency in using PowerPoint and Excel - Strong analytical ability - Ability to work effectively in a team environment In summary, as an HR Manager in this role, you will have the opportunity to drive HR strategies that support the company's growth plans, lead recruitment efforts with a focus on quality and speed, and contribute to building a strong employer brand while ensuring legal compliance and fostering employee engagement and retention.
