Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs and concepts in line with client and project requirements.
Engage in
designing, planning, and preparing presentations
for internal and client reviews.
Coordinate with all
stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
to ensure project alignment.
Prepare detailed
working drawings and execution documentation
.
Conduct
periodic site visits
to monitor work quality, progress, and adherence to drawings.
Collaborate with senior architects and support design documentation across project stages.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency

AutoCAD
– Essential for detailed drawings and documentation.
MS Office
– For project coordination and reporting.
SketchUp
– For 3D modeling and design visualization.
Photoshop
– Preferred for enhancing presentations and renderings.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Bachelor of Architecture (
B.Arch
)
Experience:
4 to 8 years (senior-level architects may also apply)
