Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Sales Prospect, pitch, and close deals on interior design and build services. Build lasting client relationships through trust, tailored recommendations, and post-sale support. BOQ Preparation & Quantity Take-Offs Examine interior design drawings and specifications to prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Calculate precise material and labor quantities—ensure completeness and accuracy. Material & Market Expertise Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of interior materials—usage, quality, sourcing, and pricing.
