End-to-End Recruitment Execution

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles from intake through candidate placement

• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, video interviews, and reference checks

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience

  in full desk recruiting, IT/tech staffing, or US staffing operations

• Proven track record

  of business development and meeting/exceeding revenue targets

• Strong English communication skills

• Experience working with US clients

  or in US time zones preferred

• Flexibility to work PST hours
