Digital Transformation Specialist
. This role is crucial for driving key digital transformation projects across the India, Middle East, and Africa (IMEA) region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges and create significant operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Implementation & Optimization: Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce and Zoho, to enhance sales and customer service processes.
- AI Use Case Development: Identify and develop innovative AI and machine learning use cases to support business functions, including:
- Sales: Lead scoring, predictive analytics for sales forecasting, and personalized product recommendations.
- Marketing: Customer segmentation, sentiment analysis, and automated content creation.
- After-Sales Service: Chatbots for customer support, automated ticket routing, and predictive maintenance.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain interactive data dashboards and analytical reports to provide actionable insights into business performance. This includes data collection, cleaning, and visualization.
- Project Management: Manage all phases of digital transformation projects, from initial scoping and stakeholder analysis to implementation and post-launch support.
- Audit & Compliance Support: Coordinate with global SAP and basis teams to provide necessary support and documentation to auditors, ensuring all project implementations align with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) requirements.
- IT Vendor Management: Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitor contracts with IT vendors to ensure optimal performance, compliance, and effective service delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure project alignment with business goals and successful adoption of new technologies.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on digital solutions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Reporting: Report directly to the Country IT Leader.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is required.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience in digital transformation, IT project management, or a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Demonstrated expertise with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and Zoho.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and a track record of implementing AI-driven solutions.
- Solid understanding of data analytics principles and database management.
- Experience with cloud-based data warehouses like Google BigQuery is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience working within an Agile Scrum framework.

Contract & Location
- Contract Type: This is a 1-year fixed-term contract, subject to extension based on performance and business needs.

- Location: Gurgaon, India. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day of work from home (WFH). Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
