Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining LIXIL as a Digital Transformation Specialist responsible for driving key digital transformation projects across the India, Middle East, and Africa (IMEA) region. Your role will involve leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges and create operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce and Zoho, to enhance sales and customer service processes. - Identify and develop innovative AI and machine learning use cases to support business functions in sales, marketing, and after-sales service. - Design, build, and maintain interactive data dashboards and analytical reports to provide actionable insights into business performance. - Manage all phases of digital transformation projects, from scoping to post-launch support, ensuring alignment with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) requirements. - Coordinate with global SAP and basis teams to provide necessary support and documentation to auditors for audit and compliance support. - Manage SLAs and monitor contracts with IT vendors to ensure optimal performance and effective service delivery. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals and successful adoption of new technologies. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, serving as a subject matter expert on digital solutions. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is required. - Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience in digital transformation, IT project management, or a similar role. - Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho), data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio), AI/ML concepts, data analytics principles, and database management. - Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, strategic mindset, communication skills, organizational skills, and experience working within an Agile Scrum framework.
