Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    To lead the assessment of departmental digital needs and develop strategies to leverage digital technologies for service excellence and transformation. The primary accountability of this role to ideate, conceptualize, and implement digital solutions aligned with the groups’ digitalization strategy. The role will create and sustain a digital roadmap and ensure its timely execution. The incumbent will also drive analytics, MIS reporting automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Strategy, Planning, SOP and Guidelines Assist in translating business scenarios into digital solutions and process improvements. Coordinate implementation of Group-wide digital initiatives and ensure alignment with governance frameworks. Create SoW, SOP, ARB, KDD process etc. documentation ensuring flow of documents for finalization of architecture and related approvals. Standardize and digitize admin processes ensuring compliance and transparency Technology and IT Enablement Drive implementation and rollout of digital platforms to transform admin services Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to design digital work flows, customization, and deploy digital solutions. Monitor adoption and performance of digital tools Data Management & Governance Maintain accuracy and completeness of master data through governance mechanism. Monitor system performance and governance metrics through dashboards and reporting tools support through project management for reporting and documentation related to tool implementation and its tracking. Extend support in audit management, developing action planning, and benchmarking across business units. Change Management & Training Drive adoption of digital tools through user training and continuous support Act as the first point of contact for resolving operational issues during transition and post implementation Provide ongoing support and feedback channels during and after system rollouts.

Qualifications and Experience


    Educational Qualifications: Pursued a bachelors/masters degree in computer science, Automation, information technology, or specialise digital transformation programme. Experience : 4 – 6 years of working experience on solution finalization and project implementation. Proven experience in digital transformation, ability to interpret data and analyze trends Ability to maintain timelines and multiple stakeholders effectively. Preferred expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and change management methodologies with a strong focus on operational excellence
