Role Description

The Digital Transformation Specialist will play a key role in driving digital strategy initiatives, implementing innovative solutions, and managing projects focused on digital transformation. The role includes hands-on support for organizations undergoing digitalization, developing tailored strategies, and facilitating digital skills adoption. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Baddi.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and drive insights
Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members
Expertise in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing to design and execute impactful digital transformation initiatives
Proven experience in Project Management for successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and a dynamic work environment
Familiarity with digital manufacturing or Industry 4.0 concepts is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
