Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a digital transformation roadmap aligned with hospitals strategic goals.
  
• Drive automation and process digitization across clinical, administrative, and support functions.
  
• Collaborate with department heads to identify technology integration opportunities for improved efficiency and patient experience.
  
• Manage digital health solutions including EMR, HIS, telemedicine platforms, patient portals, and mobile apps.
  
• Coordinate with IT, operations, and clinical teams to ensure smooth execution of digital projects.
  
• Monitor KPIs for digital initiatives and prepare performance and ROI reports for management.
  
• Stay updated on healthcare technology trends and propose innovative solutions.
  
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and healthcare IT regulations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  
• Certification in Digital Transformation / Healthcare IT / Project Management preferred.
  
• 5-10 years’ experience in digital transformation, healthcare IT, or technology project management (Hospital industry experience mandatory).
  
• Strong knowledge of healthcare software systems (HIS, EMR, PACS, LIS, etc.).
  
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
  
• Excellent communication, analytical, and change management skills.
