Marketing Manager - Corporate Business (Hospital Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute corporate marketing strategies to expand business from corporate clients, PSUs, TPAs, insurance companies, and government organizations.
  
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with corporate HR, wellness officers, insurance companies, and referral partners.
  
• Plan and conduct corporate health check-up camps, wellness programs, and promotional events.
  
• Prepare and deliver impactful corporate presentations to promote hospital services and specialties.
  
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services for corporate clients.
  
• Track, monitor, and report corporate business growth, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  
• Negotiate and finalize corporate contracts and service agreements.
  
• Keep updated on competitors’ corporate marketing strategies and market trends.
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience:

  Minimum 5–8 years in Corporate Marketing within the

  Hospital Industry

  (multi-speciality hospitals preferred).

• Qualification:

  MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Hospital Administration, or equivalent.
• Strong corporate networking skills with proven track record of securing corporate business.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
  
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, corporate wellness models, and insurance/TPA processes.
