War Room Manager

Responsibilities:
Data Analysis Reporting: 1. Oversee daily data dashboards, field metrics, and campaign performance trackers. 2. Analyze constituency level data, booth level patterns, outreach progress, and key issue indicators. 3. Convert raw data into clear insights for leadership decision making. Research Survey Oversight: 1. Lead local research activities, perception studies, and rapid surveys. 2. Interpret survey findings and generate issue based reports, competitor benchmarking, and trend insights. 3. Ensure continuous information flow from ground units to the leadership. Narrative Message Support: 1. Identify emerging narratives, on ground issues, and sentiment shifts using data and feedback loops. 2. Work closely with content and creative teams to refine messaging and communication themes. 3. Track competitor communication and shape counter narratives. Rapid Response Management: 1. Monitor real time updates from field units, social media, and stakeholder networks. 2. Escalate critical issues quickly and coordinate immediate action with field teams. 3. Maintain a rapid coordination loop with digital, field, and communication teams. Campaign Coordination: 1. Support planning and execution of campaign phases based on data and situational assessments. 2. Provide timely insights to guide door to door activities, events, volunteer mobilization, and outreach efforts. 3. Ensure all war room outputs align with campaign goals and leadership directives. Preferred Qualification: Experience in data operations, research, campaign management, or political war room roles. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Proficiency in Tamil and English. Strong political awareness and ability to interpret ground realities. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field. 2–5 years of relevant experience.
