Job Description

The Platforms Operations Associate will support Social Media Platform Managers in day-to-day account operations, ensuring smooth content publishing and basic performance tracking.

Responsibilities:

Content Coordination: Collect and organize assets for posting.
Scheduling Support: Assist with uploading and scheduling posts on all platforms.
Basic Analytics: Track and compile daily performance reports.
Engagement Support: Help respond to audience queries and comments.
Admin Tasks: Manage asset libraries and platform records.

Preferred Qualification:

Bachelor s degree in Communication, Media, or related field.
Basic experience with social media scheduling tools.

Minimum Qualification:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Communication skills in Tamil and English.
