Job Description

The Social Media Trainee will assist the digital team in posting, monitoring, and creating content for multiple platforms. This role is ideal for freshers with a flair for creativity, political awareness, and a willingness to learn the ropes of professional digital campaigning.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Posting: Upload and schedule posts across platforms.
Creative Support: Assist in basic design, copywriting, video edits, and memes.
Engagement: Monitor comments and messages, escalating where required.
Asset Preparation: Work with Canva, VN Editor, Adobe Suite, or similar tools to prepare creatives.
Skill Development: Learn campaign workflows, analytics basics, and platform management from senior team members.

Preferred Qualification:

Familiarity with design/editing tools (Canva, VN Editor, Adobe Suite).
Ability to write captions or scripts in Tamil and English.
Understanding of memes, pop culture, and political context.
Proficiency in MS Office Tools.

Minimum Qualification:

Young, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Political thought and creative mindset.
Preferably freshers with basic design, copy, or editing skills.
