Key Responsibilities:
Departmental Leadership & Strategy:
- Review current working practices and recommend improvements.
- Design and implement new strategies based on ongoing departmental activities.
- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Lead the Development Department independently, ensuring smooth operations.
- Make timely decisions and manage situations in the absence of senior leadership.
- Align departmental goals with the vision and mission of Happy Group.
Team Management & Training:
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Foster a positive, high-performance, and collaborative work environment.
- Resolve internal team issues and assist junior staff with problem-solving.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Project & Quality Oversight:

- Prepare and submit project budgets for management approval.

Manpower Supervision:
- Monitor the daily work of laborers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Allocate tasks and ensure optimal use of available workforce.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity on-site.
Work Supervision:
- Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design and technical specifications.
- Check alignment, levels, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, finishing, and curing.
- Ensure timely execution of work as per approved schedules.
Contractor Supervision:

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Execution & Compliance:
- Ensure all construction activities follow approved structural and architectural drawings.
- Check technical elements such as reinforcement detailing, leveling, formwork, concreting, and finishing.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure corrective actions when deviations occur.
Coordination & Support:
- Coordinate with the Site Supervisor for daily work updates and resource requirements.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, contractors, and consultants to ensure technical accuracy.
- Communicate site instructions to relevant stakeholders and ensure they are implemented properly.

The Billing Executive will be responsible for verifying contractor and vendor bills, coordinating with internal teams for payment approvals, raising payment requests, and maintaining accurate billing records. This role is critical for ensuring timely payments and smooth coordination with external vendors and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Bill Verification & Processing:
- Check and verify contractor/vendor bills against work completion and approved BOQs.
- Ensure accuracy in quantities, rates, calculations, and supporting documentation.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with site or project teams for clarifications.
2. Payment Request Handling:
- Prepare and submit payment requests to the accounts/finance department.
- Track and follow up on approval status and release of payments.
- Maintain records of approved payments and pending dues.
3. Vendor Coordination:
- Communicate with vendors for invoice submissions, clarifications, and payment timelines.
- Resolve any billing-related queries from vendors in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and service providers.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain systematic records of all bills, approvals, payment statuses, and supporting documents.
- Prepare periodic billing reports for management review.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to billing and payments.
5. Compliance & Accuracy:
