Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Development Manager located in Tura. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing a network of insurance advisors to achieve sales targets, generating new business opportunities, and managing and mentoring teams for improved productivity. The Development Manager will be expected to implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to recruit, train, and mentor advisors effectively
Proven expertise in sales, customer acquisition strategies, and achieving sales targets in the insurance or related sectors
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for managing workflows and interactions
Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is an advantage
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance is beneficial
