Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key clients, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, strategic planning, client meetings, sales presentations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The role involves tracking market trends, analyzing competitive positioning, and proposing innovative solutions to improve business outcomes. Qualifications Strong experience in Market Research, Business Analysis, and Strategic Planning Excellent Sales and Negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets Ability to develop and maintain strong Client Relationships Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills Knowledge of the Insurance Industry and relevant regulatory requirements is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events Show more Show less
