Responsible for capital and revenue purchases of raw materials, plant and machinery, spares, and also for coordinating the stores and logistics activities of the companys twelve plants and fifty sales depots in India and Sri Lanka. Must be thorough in import and export regulations, sales and excise duty rules and must have had fifteen years experience in a manufacturing plant with a turnover of over 300 crores. The position requires interaction with suppliers from Europe and the Americas. Prior experience in stores management, exposure to ERP Supply Chain management systems and MS office software is essential. Candidates must hail from Tamil Nadu.
