Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an L&D Manager located in Gangtok. The L&D Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge. Tasks include conducting needs assessments, designing and delivering instructional materials, managing learning management systems, and leading leadership development initiatives. The role also involves evaluating training effectiveness and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
