L&D Manager

As a Learning & Development professional, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to enhance the skills and capabilities of the organization's workforce. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing a tailored Learning & Development strategy to meet the current and future needs of the organization. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to conduct training needs analysis and identify areas for improvement. - Designing and recommending learning interventions that align with organizational goals and talent development priorities. - Overseeing the implementation of L&D programs, including vendor selection, content design, delivery methods, and success metrics. - Evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs and providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. - Supporting leadership and capability development initiatives within the organization. - Identifying and implementing learning technologies, platforms, LMS, AI tools, and best practices in L&D. - Partnering with key stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. - Mentoring and guiding internal teams in L&D planning and execution. - Mapping skill set gaps and creating training paths for High Potential/Critical resources. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 12 - 15 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with a track record of success in strategic positions. - Experience in designing and implementing L&D frameworks in mid-to-large-sized organizations. - The ability to work independently and lead strategic initiatives with minimal oversight. - Strong communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and influencing capabilities.
