L&D Manager

We are looking for a skilled Learning & Development Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the field and a strong background in learning and development.

• Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Design and deliver training programs tailored to meet business objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with business goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

• Proven experience in learning and development with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with learning management systems and talent acquisition processes.
