Role Overview: As the Global Learning and Development (L&D) Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing training and development strategies globally. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure consistency and effectiveness in enhancing employee capabilities and fostering a high-performance culture. You will work from India and act as the central point of contact for all L&D activities worldwide.
