Key Responsibilities:

Source competitive quotes from airlines and negotiate the best freight options.
Provide customers with timely and accurate quotes based on available freight opportunities.
Book shipments requested by customers and ensure all documentation is completed.
Obtain approvals for any additional charges related to customer shipments.
Proactively communicate with customers regarding shipment status and any potential issues.
Handle complex customer requests and escalate when necessary.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience working in air freight forwarding.
Comfortable with learning and using new technology platforms and logistics systems.
Fluent in English — both verbal and written communication.
Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, go-getter attitude.
