Key Responsibilities:

  • Source competitive quotes from airlines and negotiate the best freight options.
  • Provide customers with timely and accurate quotes based on available freight opportunities.
  • Book shipments requested by customers and ensure all documentation is completed.
  • Obtain approvals for any additional charges related to customer shipments.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding shipment status and any potential issues.
  • Handle complex customer requests and escalate when necessary.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience working in air freight forwarding.
  • Comfortable with learning and using new technology platforms and logistics systems.
  • Fluent in English — both verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, go-getter attitude.
