🚀 We’re Hiring: Systems Engineer (With Go-to-market experience) Type: Full-Time Location: WFO Start: In 2–3 weeks Cynor Media Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Systems Engineer 🚀 If you love building smart systems that bring sales & marketing together, automating the boring stuff, and experimenting with AI tools — this might be for you. 🔧 What You’ll Be Responsible For You'll be a key player in building and automating full-stack sales (go to market) engines for innovative clients. Your responsibilities will include: Designing complete lead engines — from sourcing to enrichment, routing, sequencing, and attribution Leveraging AI for automation — using OpenAI/Anthropic and enrichment APIs for research, personalization, and QA Executing multi-channel outbound campaigns — across email and LinkedIn with a focus on deliverability best practices Managing CRMs — setting up and maintaining workflows, lead scoring, pipeline stages, and reporting in HubSpot (and others) Orchestrating data flows — connecting tools like Clay, Apollo, Make/n8n/Zapier using webhooks and JSON Communicating effectively — writing clear documentation and handling stakeholders asynchronously Delivering across multiple projects — independently planning, prioritizing, and shipping solutions ✅ What You’ll Need We’re looking for hands-on builders with a strong GTM toolkit. You should bring: Experience with Clay, Apollo, Smartlead/Instantly/Outreach, HubSpot Deep knowledge of cold email setup & deliverability (domain setup, warmups, inbox monitoring) Strong skills in LLM/AI integration (prompt engineering, chaining, API workflows) Excellent written communication skills, especially for working with non-technical teams Ability to self-direct and manage multiple projects in parallel Confidence working with APIs, webhooks, JSON ; basic Python/JavaScript is a plus 💡 Bonus Points Not required, but nice to have: Background in RevOps or demand gen (funnel design, attribution, performance tracking) Experience writing cold email copy and personalization at scale Familiarity with LinkedIn automation tools 💼 How We Work 📦 We ship regularly (weekly and sometimes daily) and iterate super quickly 📊 We rely on experimentation and data 🤝 We operate with high trust, ownership, and async-first collaboration ✉️ Ready to Apply?
