🔧 What You’ll Be Responsible For

You'll be a key player in building and automating full-stack sales (go to market) engines for innovative clients. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Designing complete lead engines

   — from sourcing to enrichment, routing, sequencing, and attribution

2. Leveraging AI for automation

   — using OpenAI/Anthropic and enrichment APIs for research, personalization, and QA

3. Executing multi-channel outbound campaigns

   — across email and LinkedIn with a focus on deliverability best practices

4. Managing CRMs

   — setting up and maintaining workflows, lead scoring, pipeline stages, and reporting in HubSpot (and others)

5. Orchestrating data flows

   — connecting tools like Clay, Apollo, Make/n8n/Zapier using webhooks and JSON

6. Communicating effectively

   — writing clear documentation and handling stakeholders asynchronously

7. Delivering across multiple projects

   — independently planning, prioritizing, and shipping solutions

✅ What You’ll Need

We’re looking for hands-on builders with a strong GTM toolkit. You should bring:

• Experience with

  Clay, Apollo, Smartlead/Instantly/Outreach, HubSpot

• Deep knowledge of

  cold email setup & deliverability

  (domain setup, warmups, inbox monitoring)
• Strong skills in

  LLM/AI integration

  (prompt engineering, chaining, API workflows)
• Excellent

  written communication

  skills, especially for working with non-technical teams
• Ability to

  self-direct and manage multiple projects

  in parallel
• Confidence working with

  APIs, webhooks, JSON

  ; basic

  Python/JavaScript

  is a plus
  

💡 Bonus Points

Not required, but nice to have:

• Background in

  RevOps

  or demand gen (funnel design, attribution, performance tracking)
• Experience writing

  cold email copy and personalization at scale

• Familiarity with

  LinkedIn automation tools
