Job Description

  • Provide Tier 1 & 2 desktop/laptop support (Windows/macOS).
  • Setup and configure new employee laptops and accounts (email, apps, VPN, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot hardware and Software issues on user devices.
  • Maintain and manage inventory of IT assets (laptops, peripherals, licenses).
  • Provide support for conferencing tools (Teams). Handle onboarding and offboarding IT procedures.
  • Assist with basic networking issues (Wi-Fi, printers, DNS, etc.).
  • Document IT support procedures and maintain a knowledge base.
  • Manage access rights and security groups (Azure Accove Directory and M365 Admin Centre).
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams for internal IT needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in IT/Computer Science or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in IT support or desktop engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and basic Linux is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, Intune and Teams.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
  • Knowledge of remote support tools (TeamViewer, Any Desk, or MDM platforms).
  • Strong problem-solving and Communicaton skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
