Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management. This role demands a strong blend of strategic sales skills, relationship-building, and a deep understanding of IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• New Client Acquisition:

• Identify, research, and pursue potential clients in target industries.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle including outreach, presentations, proposals, and deal closures.

• Account Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in IT services or consulting.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Good understanding of IT staffing, consulting, and services is must.
