Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Development Manager located in Chandigarh. The Development Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team to achieve business objectives, including meeting sales targets and promoting team performance. Key responsibilities include developing strategies for business development, fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and values. The role will require both operational and strategic oversight to drive optimal outcomes.
