Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Development Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of professionals to achieve business goals, developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the team's alignment with the company's objectives. Day-to-day tasks include managing team performance, conducting training sessions, coordinating with various departments, and building strong client relationships.
