Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in : • Business Administration • Marketing • Computer Science / IT (Preferred in Tech Sales) • Or a related discipline Optional but Beneficial : MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development Professional Certifications (Optional but Valuable): • HubSpot Sales Enablement Certification • LinkedIn Sales Navigator Fundamentals • Coursera/LinkedIn Learning in B2B Sales, CRM, or Strategic Prospecting • Google Digital Garage: Fundamentals of Digital Marketing Required Experience: 1–3 years of experience in : • B2B sales, tech sales, or SaaS product sales • Lead generation and client onboarding • Proposal creation and pitch presentations • CRM and sales funnel management • Communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams Core Responsibilities: • Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets • Research target industries, market trends, and key decision-makers • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and networking events • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing models based on client needs • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor offerings • Track sales performance and forecast pipelines using CRM tools • Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and KPIs • Provide insights and feedback to the leadership team for growth strategies Tools & Technical Skills: Sales & CRM Tools : • HubSpot CRM, Zoho CRM, Salesforce • LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) • Canva or basic design tools for proposal/pitch decks Communication Tools : • MS Teams, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet Soft Skills: • Persuasive communication and negotiation skills • High emotional intelligence and adaptability • Strategic thinking with a customer-first mindset • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills • Resilience and goal orientation Knowledge of Business Development & Sales: • B2B sales cycle and lead qualification • Sales funnel, pipeline management, and forecasting • Buyer personas and account-based marketing (ABM) • Cybersecurity product and service selling (Preferred but trainable) • Legal and compliance basics in B2B contracts Show more Show less
