Job Description

We are looking for a resilient, empathetic Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Update and maintain prospect database by recording all prospecting activity on a daily basis.
Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and interact with clients.
Should have knowledge of IT company (SEO, Digital Marketing).
Build and maintain sales pipeline status.
Sending proposal bids to grab new business opportunities.
Project bidding using Upwork, PPH, Guru, and other bidding portals.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
Suggesting upgrades or added products/services of interest to clients.
Crafting business proposals and contracts to generate more revenue.
Negotiating with clients to secure attractive pricing.
Reviewing clients feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Requirements:

Knowledge of bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc).
Extensive sales experience.
Sound knowledge of IT terminologies.
Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products/services.
Professional yet affable disposition.
Neat, well-groomed appearance.
Great networking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
Emboldened by challenges.
