Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven

Female Business Development Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, a proactive approach to client interaction, and a passion for closing deals. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, following up on leads, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle both
inbound and outbound sales calls
effectively.
Follow up with leads,
nurture prospects
, and convert them into customers.
Close sales deals and meet or exceed monthly targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and leads in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to
ensure a seamless client onboarding experience

Requirements:

Graduation
is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication skills in
English and Malayalam
