Job Description: -
Hiring Metrics: Meet or exceed key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screening of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements. Implement and manage assessment tools to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential for success.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Employee Referral Programs: Promote and manage employee referral programs to encourage internal referrals. Track and reward successful referrals.
Recruitment Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create recruitment plans.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
Technology Utilization: Utilize and optimize recruitment technology tool sand platforms.
Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Work towards building a diverse workforce by implementing initiatives that support diversity and inclusion goals.
Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating terms and conditions. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth on boarding process for new hires.
On boarding Process: Oversee the on boarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
Employee Orientation: Facilitate effective orientation programs to help new employees understand the company culture, policies, and procedures.
Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent and fair implementation of HR policies across the organization.
Monitoring and Reporting: Establish systems to monitor employee adherence to HR policies. Generate and analyse reports on policy compliance, highlighting trends and areas requiring attention.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and other relevant metrics.
Metrics Reporting: Generate HR report sand Sales Team Reports(Performance Management) to drive data-driven decision-making.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
Evaluate the performance of external partners and negotiate contracts as needed.
Engagement Initiatives: Implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Feedback Mechanisms: Establish mechanisms for gathering and acting on employee feedback.
Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles within the organization.
Leadership Development: Contribute to leadership development programs to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
Graduation/MBA
