Role Description There are 2 full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Human Resources Executive for an F&B industry located at Chembur, Mumbai and an arts space located at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai. This role will be responsible for managing various HR tasks, including implementing HR policies, HR Operations, Recruitment, Team Engagement, Performance, Payroll and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The individual will also play a vital role in coordinating for training and enhancing employee engagement within the company. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Payroll and knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in an HR role with directly working with founders is desirable
